Series Gravity casting machines for Aluminum: Constructed in a "C" shaped frame, this is a very ridged
machine. An upper bridge can be fitted for upper core pulls. Each
die platen is affixed with four post guides and closure is guided and aligned
mechanically.
Siemens S7 controller and OP keypad allow for programming and storage of up
to 99 varied machine cycles
Optionally, front and rear core pulls can be used, as well as frontal and
rear die closure for multiple die configurations. Axial metal core can be
programmed for automatic operation during the pour cycle. This casting machine
is designed for frontal pour. The picture show here is with the top and
rear core Rotating bed machine
