Large
industrial distillation systems are available in sizes up to 8000 liters per
batch. Greater sizes upon customer request. A Computerized control
board allows for the programming of multiple waste streams, to be processed
automatically. Systems can include solvent / chemical separation
during the process, and an automatic wash-down between waste stream cycles
to eliminate cross-contamination.Industrial distillation systems have a
fixed boiler, in that they do not rotate over for cleaning. The can
have a manually opened inspection cover to the boiler, or optionally, a lid
that can be opened by lever control.
Mixing blade options are used to maintain a proper heat transfer through
the distillation chamber wall by keeping solids from building up on the
inside of the boiler.
Batch cycles or continuous cycles selectable via programming.
